Walking distance from both the Hohenschwangau and (a bit further) Neuschwanstein castles. About 40 mins walk each to the towns of Schwangau and Fussen; there's various good museums in the latter. "Schön gelegenes Hotel am Ortsrand von MOD. Wir waren 2 Tage mit dem Rad da. Frühstück und der Wellness Bereich super gut. Personal auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden wiederkommen, wenn wir wieder eine Tour in die Gegend planen. Empfehlung sehr gut. J. K. Weber"

"My daughter and I were immediately smitten by the external and internal decoration of the hotel before we even reached the reception. Check-in went quickly, we dropped off our luggage, and headed walked into town for dinner where there were we found a nice place to eat. "Sehr schönes Hotel mit wunderbarem Blick über das Kleinwalsertal. Große geräumige Zimmer, großes Bad, bequemes Bett. Die Zimmermöbel sind sicherlich schon ein paar Jahre alt, trotzdem in einem guten Zustand. Andere negative Kritiken kann ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Die große Frühstücksauswahl gibt’s bis 11 Uhr im gemütlichen Speisesaal. Auch das Abendsessen bietet eine große Auswahl. Das Highlight ist natürlich der große Infinity-Pool mit Blick auf den Widderstein und das Tal, dazu das Spa...
