We staged up for Oktoberfest at this hotel, and it was a solid choice. You are three doors down from the main train station which gives you unlimited access to Munich with food and other options. The room and bathroom were super tiny, but it had all we needed, and we saved hundreds per night over staying in Munich. Shout out to Joy from the cleaning staff who was super helpful!!!

This hotel is placed between the central train station and Königsplatz, which is a public transportation hub. Therefore, its location was very convenient. Short coming was tiny room size. Not much space except double bed and shower booth. However, it was okay for short stay like three nights.

I stayed in a renovated room. Everything was new but room and bathroom were extremely small. For a single person it's okay (you shouldn't have a belly though to pass to the toilet) but for a couple with a lot of baggage it's difficult. For me the size of the room was okay and I liked my stay. Why,: All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, though there was no kettle in the room I got hot water for my tea, breakfast buffet with good, the hotel is just steps from the main train station and even less steps to shops and restaurants.

I am very happy i stayed here. The hotel was very nice and the train station is a 5 minute walk and safe. Staff speaks english. I think the bar is open at all times except breakfast time. I think John(front desk, many arm tattoos) checked us in and helped us try and find our lost luggage. I want to personally thank him for all his help and a pleasant experience. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Good location

Good location from the train station. Decent size and clean room, shower is a bit small, but water pressure is great and soap is provided, clean towels, and a hair dryer. There is a bar downstairs with local beers on tap. And they have breakfast thts not included in the price. Staff is helpful. Buses and trams are in walking distance.

This hotel is very close in walking distance to the train station and to the main downtown square of Augsburg. It is a very nice hotel and everything was advertised correctly. The parking garage was only about a minute walk away from the hotel. I will gladly stay here again.

Suitable lodging for the location and price. No AC or thermostat controls in the room I was assigned but thankfully weather conditions kept the room comfortable. Bathroom fixtures were loose but functional I.e., concerned that the towel hook would come out of the wall or shelf would do the same. Shower was clean but had some mildew and mold in the corners. You get what you pay for…
