He went above and beyond helping me with the situation. Hotel location, parking and dining options are superb. Breakfast was excellent. "Ideally located in the heart of the castles, Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. Check in was easy and our room was small but adequate for our family. There is parking reserved for hotel guests. Breakfast is included and there is a restaurant on site. "
