The resort was quiet and private and the grounds, pool and facilities were kept in pristine condition. The restaurant provided a good selection and the breakfast buffet was plentiful and fresh. It is a little away from shops and restaurants but that is what makes it private. Would stay again. "

"We’ve just returned from a 1 week stay at the Banyan Tree Samui. It is a wonderful hotel. Before we booked we looked at reviews and were a little worried about things others had highlighted such as being overlooked or the level of maintenance. Honestly, I’m not sure why other reviewers made such comments! The first point about being overlooked is moot, the villas are so well laid out that you would only be overlooked if someone had binoculars at hand! The maintenance point, every day we saw...

"A beautiful resort decorated with traditional Thai woodworking. Beautiful pools and landscaping. Excellent staff. A great place to come and relax. Private beach and pools with waterfalls. Variety of rooms with different views to choose from. It is a large resort and a little spread out but they provide free and efficient shuttle service throughout the property. "

"I LOVE THIS PROPERTY! Where do I begin? Staff.. amazing. They were continuously accommodating, friendly and helpful! You are steps away from fishermans village which has nice restaurants but dont overlook the ones on the mainstreet that you need to walk along going to the village strip. Property pool was always a perfect temperature the breakfast was always delicious. If I get the opportunity to return to Koh Samui, I would 250% return to this resort."

"The property was beautiful, the staff was phenomenal and the food was amazing. We had a wonderful bungalow with a private pool. The bungalow was big and comfortable and the grounds are just beautifully kept. I think the best part was the staff- they were so friendly, accommodating and helpful- every single one! It was my daughter’s 21at and they surprised her with a piece of cake and cake made of them led and flowers on the bed. We loved staying here!"
