"Room was clean, staff were friendly. We booked a deluxe room and the room we had was large with a king size bed and a sofa. Desk area, mini fridge, large TV, robes (not slippers - these were extra for a fee) all available. Bathroom was kitted out with Rituals toiletries including hand wash, moisturiser, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. There was a large walk-in shower but no bath. Hairdryer available. Coffee maker in the room and kettle and tea making facilities available on request. Room was warm and comfortable even though it was cold outside. We had a lovely view over the square towards the train station. We used the fitness suite that included gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and small swimming pool. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection on offer. Everything was dress and good quality. We’d highly recommend the breakfast. Overall we would stay here again and choose the same category of room."
