"The staff was amazing and the room and beach were beautiful, comfortable and well maintained. The only suggestions I would make: 1. Put a “reserved” sign on the beach chairs in front of the freestanding villas. People who were not using the resort sat in ours and took our cushions a few times. Once when we were on our way out, another couple sat in ours and the staff told us they would move us to other chairs which I thought was inappropriate considering we were guests paying for 11 days. 2. "Had a great two night stay at The Lodge at Jaguar Reef. All of the staff members that we interacted with were helpful and accommodating......especially Julio at the front desk! Amazing room and property. Drinks and bartenders from the restaurant bar and the Big Dock bar were awesome. If we ever return to the area I can't imagine not staying here. "

"Everything was awesome, as it always is when I stay here. The only recommendation I have, is to clean the AC units, filters and all. I didn't need to use the ne in the room I stayed in this time (cabin 4), though I could see that it hadn't been cleaned in some time. Possible leading to mold and dust build up in the filter. No worries though, this is between you and I and will not deter me from staying there. I will most definitely be back.

"Customer Service was the best we have ever received from any place of stay. Amazing Restaurant/Bar and staff. They really went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Our treehouse room was better than expected. "
