"Not a flash resort hotel, but sat on the working marina watching the comings and goings was a fascinating watch, and the affiliated Coconut Grove Beach Club is 5 minutes walk along the beach if you need to lounge on the beach. The Loft restaurant/bar had great views, friendly staff and killer rum punches, you have been warned!"

"I went with a large group. Very nice hotel, some rooms were renovated, some were dated and needed help. Food options were limited and a bit pricey but it’s a short walk to other nearby food spots that are open late. Overall it was nice for the cost. Staff was ok, Manager was nice. I will return. "

"The check-in experience is wonderfully laid-back. Guests are welcomed with a complimentary cold beverage and invited to settle in at the open-air lounge while signing in at an unhurried pace. The staff is attentive and happy to assist with luggage. There are several sets of stone paver steps throughout the property, so it’s worth noting for travelers who may have difficulty with stairs.

"We arrived by ferry and were taxied to the property. There was nobody there for check in. Calls were not answered. Luckily our taxi driver waited for us, took us to the Plantation and there were rooms available. Otherwise we would have been stranded on the island. We received an apology email the next day which was considerate but didn't help us in any way. If staying here, I would definitely stay in contact with the property to confirm so you are not left without lodging on arrival."

"On arriving at Kingsville to check in, having booked through Hotels.com months in advance and my reservation was confirmed, I was told by reception on arrival that they had no reservation for me, total nightmare, the staff couldn't have cared less, I had to find alternative accommodation during one of the most busiest times on the island, I would not recommend Kingsville Apartments under any circumstances."
