"Staff and service are 5/5. Extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. Food is 4/5. Better than most all inclusives. Umi and Sizzle were both very good. Reef buffet was always good with lots of variety and daily themes. Colin's Bar was a good place for a mid day snack and/or drink. Bars could have had a better selection of international brands. Resort is 3/5. Probably the area that could be most improved. Rooms are somewhat dated. Air conditioning could have been better with the humidity. Left bedding/clothing feeling a little damp. Shower water pressure could have been better but consistent with usual hotel pressure. We had a great time overall. The feel here is more intimate than larger resorts and amenities not as varied as same. Overlooking some of the dated infrastructure, this is a 4/5 resort if you want it to be."

"Breakfast buffet was okay. Staff was outstanding all around. Room was clean and looked recently renovated. I was disappointed to see some trash by the pool and in the beach. Usually when we travel staff is always walking around cleaning. That wasn’t the case here. "
