"When i arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome & An option of an ice cold rum punch/ fruit punch cocktail. After we checked in, Our room's were available before the initial time. Later than evening we had lunch which was hands down gourmet to each carefully crafted and well seasoned with love dish. Staff had our bags brought up to our rooms with urgency. Staff makes you feel appreciated and taken care of."

"This is in regard to reservation number 73099011430246. I was at the property and there was no one there and no way to check in. There were telephone numbers on the door and I tried calling them for 2 hours but no one answered. I ended up having to book a much more expensive place to stay tonight, as you can see in my account.
