"I recently stayed at Secrets St. Lucia and unfortunately would not recommend this resort. The experience started off on the wrong foot with a very confusing check-in process that took nearly an hour. Throughout the stay, most of the staff came across as rude and disengaged, with a few notable exceptions—Sanchey, in particular, was wonderful and stood out for their kindness and professionalism. "Amazing resort with beautiful beach and pools, friendly staff, and great food. The only downside was that all the restaurants are a-la-carte, and even the breakfast buffet requires you to wait for tea/coffee service and to sign a bill afterwards (even if you purchased the all-inclusive dining option you still need to sign for tip and "charge" to room). The service at the restaurants is extremely slow (expect 1.5 hours for lunch and 2 hours for dinner) so it's hard for families with small kids...

We also thoroughly enjoyed the hike on the property, the handmade art available, and the beautiful restaurant on site. Another unique thing was the property provided us with a cell phone to contact them for anything we needed (taxi, directions, etc.) wherever we roamed in the area. "Such a fun, hip hotel with nonstop energy and activities! There’s always something going on—from sports to social events—so it never feels dull. The daily spa treatments were absolutely amazing and a perfect way to unwind in between all the action. The beach was stunning, with beautiful views and a relaxing vibe. The food was outstanding. "Amazing vacation. We loved everything about it. The butlers Ophelia and Kirby were both excellent. Most of the rest of the staff were also friendly and accommodating. The Landings itself has been very well maintained and updated, and the food is high quality, and service top notch. We stayed in a 3 bedroom on the beachfront with plunge pool, and did the all -inclusive for our family of 6 as well (4 kids 13 and under). We definitely thought it was all worth it. Highly recommend. "Outdated room but very nice staff and unbelievable room. Low water flow in shower (Room 102). Staff provided earplugs which was great for the smoke detector sound coming from frogs all night. Would stay again but ideally in one of the newer rooms. "

"Beautiful property set amongst cocoa trees and luscious jungle. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the water refill station to negate the use of plastic water bottles. The pools were cool and fresh, and the onsite fitness classes are a wonderful addition. Location is perfect, being close to many incredible activities and sights. I 100% recommend for your stay in St. Lucia."

"We were given a very friendly reception when we arrived. The hotel is beautiful and very clean The buffet breakfast offered a good choice of English and Caribbean foods. The pool was clean and it was easy to get a sunlounger and towels. It was easy to walk to the Main Street in Rodney Bay from the hotel. I would give it 5 stars all the way except from 9pm to 2am the loud music from the nearby nightclubs kept me awake. "
