"I hate to blame the staff for this, but the hotel was obviously overbooked or rooms were granted longer stays, so when we got to the hotel after a 9 1/2 hour drive, our room was not ready at 4:30 pm. They took our bags to the back for us and then we hung out in the lobby. The main problem was that they couldn't give us any idea at all of when the room would be available, whether 30 min or 3 hours. Once it got to be about 5:30, we had to get ready and change for our event. Luckily it was a soccer...

"Our room was over $300 a night and it had paint chipping everywhere and needed repairs. It was clean just out of date."

"The place was terrible maintenance , the room was smelling badly, the hallway the carpet floors was dirty smells like humidity , garbage bags left outside on the hallway, the toilet didn’t flush the water fast, and making weird noise, the sink was all cracked and with silicone all over to cover the cracks, at midnight you can hear the noise of music from the other rooms, the fridge was making noise, the shower above the tub had leaks and moisture, the little coffee maker was all dirty, we found...
