"Very happy with our stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Room was great and the food was good"

"Relaxing night unwinding on rooftop bar."

"Everything was clean and accommodating."

"Maybe our experience isn't the norm... With no on-site parking (other than valet), we had to pay an additional $40 just to park overnight. The beautiful lobby and helpful receptionist gave me high hopes for the room, (They even gave us freshly made cookies!) but we were sorely disappointed. We held the key card up to the door, and it flashed green as normal. But the door wouldn't open. My husband wiggled the handle and finally was able to open the door. After we inspected it, it appeared...

"The staff was friendly and helpful. As we were checking in a busload showed up and staff had us wait a minute, but thanked us and gave us free parking. When our air conditioning wasn't working properly, they gave us advice on getting it to work and brought us a fan. It worked after the advice. They had a great perk of drinks and appetizers, but we didn't have time to partake. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely visit again!"

"Our room was very clean. We loved how calm our stay was. We appreciated how welcoming was Ms. Doris at the front desk. We felt valued as the guests, all our questions were answered. We definitely will be back again!"

"Great service and the staff gave wonderful recommendations for dinner."

"Beautiful hotel right near the St. L Arch. Nice area. The lady at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was using AMEX Hilton gift cards and she knew exactly how to help me. Thank you"
