"I really enjoyed my stay at the Royalton and would definitely return. The staff were friendly, and the food was very good overall. The only disappointment was the Hunters Steakhouse. There were long wait times, confusion with orders, the food was served cold, and there was no bread provided at the tables.
We also experienced one night without cold water, which meant we couldn’t take showers, and the toilet would not flush. Fortunately, this was only a temporary issue.
The guests were also very friendly and inviting, which made the trip joyful.
Despite these inconveniences, I had a wonderful stay. The friendly service, good food, and overall experience made it a trip worth repeating. I look forward to returning."
