Did not have room cleaned by anyone even after requesting cleaning for 6 days. The ladies at the check in desk were not helpful at all with an issue at check in about the not getting the room that we paid for through Expedia, they blamed it on Expedia stating they did not have any studio suites only standard rooms and this is not true. "I liked the location being close to the airport and it was a nice and comfortable place to stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. They should put a microwave in the room and have entertainment on the beach at night sometimes, like a live band or DJ. Spice it up a little for the guests. People like to have fun on vacation."

"The rooms were clean and the staff wonderful. Only thing was the smell in the room a little musty and i am sure it was due to the moist atmosphere but luckly I had Lysol. Bar and food was terrific if you stayed in the Club. The food was amazing whether breakfast, lunchtime/snacks and late afternoon snacks or desserts."
