Excellent service, good food but a serious cleaning problem. The dining room is full of flies to the point that it interferes with eating. The pool areas are also full of flies that are annoying and ruin the atmosphere.

The spa staff were excellent and well trained. The omelette stations had just cheese and onions and the omelette makers were aloof, dismissive, oblivious and not properly trained for a simple job. Although Israeli breakfast is generally best in the world, this hotel served the worlds worst omelettes

Excelent view and location

The hotel is very well located right in front of the beach. The rooms are comfortable with a very nice view of the sea. The breakfast is very tasty and complete. I would stay at Vert Hotel again

Pleasant stay

Our time there was very pleasant and we found the staff to be helpful and professional. The food quality seems to have gone down a little since last time we were there, but probably it's affected by the wartime economy.

Pretty nice place to stay right on the Dead Sea

Rooms are fine although "tired" (somewhat dated). The rooms with balconies are fine. The food is "OK" (cafeteria level). Still, a very positive experience overall.

Recommended for families.

Great view.. Spacious suite. Very comfortable. The kids club was small and not insulated well (too cold/hot). The rain went through the roof. But didn't affect our stay.. Classic Crown Plaza (previous owner). Our town was cozy and warm. The sound insulation in the room was poor, as we could hear the neighbors pretty well.

very good location in front of the dead sea nice swimming pool just 2 things : 1. the price was not VAT included and this was a very bad surprise when I arrived at the hotel 2. the food is good except the desserts which were mostly some kind of bad taste mousses.

The Hotel is okay. Pretty clean and we could enjoy our stay. The breakfast was a little bit disappointing, the selection of food relativ to the size/price of the hotel was poor. Parking space is a huge problem!! Only 20 parking places for a couple hundred guests, very very bad.

We got a room on the top floor (12) and our room was perfect! Amazing view of Dead Sea from the balcony. Sunrise was absolutely gorgeous. Bed with huge and very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and convenient. Dinner and breakfast buffet where good. Staff seems to be in training and was not super helpful. Pool and beach are very nice. Unfortunately it close very early. I think best time to enjoy pool when sun is down. Please consider keeping it open longer.

We were given a room which was old and run down. Furniture was falling apart. It didn't look at all like the pictures on your website. We complained and were moved to a much better room on a high floor. Dinner on Thursday was terrible. The food was not fresh. Breakfast is ok. Dinner on Friday night was great. The sulfur pool is not included. It's an extra charge at this hotel. Convenient beach access. Nice beach. Nice pools. Great views from the rooms. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, maybe not even a 4 star...

Positive: food at the buffet restaurant was good, but overpriced. Convenient to the beach, just a few steps away. Negative: room was in a dated shape, run down, furniture had lots of damage and in a terrible condition, like a max 2 star hotel, even elevator looks terrible with holes in the wooden walls and damadlge all over. My toilet wouldnt flush, i had to wait all night until late morning for staff to come over and check it, but they couldnt fix, I was not offered to change my room. Bathtub had a long black hair stuck on the wall, i waited to see if it will be cleaned, but it was not for 3 days of my stay. Bathtub was very slippery, but there was no rubber mat provided. Hotel is non smoking, but next room (824) had people smoking on the balcony all the time, and smoke traveled into my room (825). Overall, hotel needs a lot of work to be 4 star they claim to be. I'd rate it 2 to 3 stars, no way a 4. I rented 3 rooms for our party and everyone had same comments of dissatisfaction.
