"Neither the indoor or outdoor, or even “hot tub” are actually warm! Everything I booked this for was cold and underwhelming. My room was changed three times after waiting beyond 3pm for a room at check in. Again not the staffs fault but the system they use for reservations and accommodations. No amenities or cost deductions were offered to accommodate my family. At one point they gave me a room that didn’t have any of the perks I paid for and still no offer to fix the problem other than for me...

"This was our second stay here at Palmyra Beach Hotel. We were a big group with 5 kids of various ages. Hotel was clean and well maintained. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning."

"Never had breakfast as I had to catch very early plane 530am. Roof top festering was very good. The only thing I didn’t like was sink in showers and low soft bed, but that being said was manageable. The great this was they checked me in early mourning as had just gotten off cruise Receptionist lovely. Pool was deep and bean bag chairs not lounge chairs. and not too sunny as had an open roof shich was fine. Beach across street. No tanning beds, more public. Bike path, tram and bus for short...

"Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. The hotel was extremely dirty and did not look anything like the photos advertised. I honestly felt misled. The room was in terrible condition, and the carpet was filthy. To make matters worse, the balcony door would not lock, so I didn't feel safe and barely slept during the two nights I stayed. I would not recommend this hotel and strongly encourage others to avoid staying here. My experience was disappointing from start to finish."
