"Obviously the location of the hotel and the hotel condition was great. But their is big problem with the service in the hotel. At breakfasts when we order anything except open buffet we never receive it, and we left without eating anything two morning.Afternoon we asked for drinks and they look after us after 45 mins, while checkout we asked for buggy and help it didn’t came. This is high priced hotel, and it should not be like that."

"We stayed for 1 week and it was fantastic. Clean room, great staff, especially Christina. She was wonderful and a credit to the hotel. The location in Glyfada is fantastic and you are minutes away from the beach, lovely shops and delicious restaurants. All the staff were so helpful and friendly throughout our stay."

"Will start with postiive things. Staff are really nice. However, Expedia mentioned free wine bottle but never recieved it. I arrived a bit early but couldn't check in early. All night I had wierd smell from bathroom and couldn't sleep. I checked out at 6 am without even having the breakfast that was included in the stay due to feeling nauseas. Receptionist didnt even care to compensate or offer anything or ask even. AC wasnt changing to cold. Facilities are limited. Beach view from 2nd floor is...

"das Zimmer war sauber, aber die Dusche war leider defekt. Das Frühstück ist ordentlich, der Kaffee an der Maschine leider unzureichend, wenn man einen geschmackvollen Kaffee haben möchte, kann man eine Tasse gratis bestellen, die zweite und alle weiteren Tassen kosten zusätzlich. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es jede Menge Cafes, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Strand ist in einigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist extrem nett und höflich!! Ich komme gerne wieder."
