The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and the food was delicious with a wide variety of options. "I arrived at mid night, paid for posh club, but I don’t really think it was worth it When I arrived and tried to sleep, I checked the sheets they were dirty, I immediately contacted room service, it was pretty late so I asked if they could come first thing in the morning, I had to wait until 10 am next day and look for room service myself I also asked for the room to be cleaned up as the floor had sand, during my whole stay it was the same and it was very uncomfortable to walk like...

My room was cleaned perfect and the staff was extremely helpful and kind from baggage carriers, dinning and excursion trip guides. One thing that could add excellence would be an iron in the room .
