"Everything is immaculate in this place. Their rooms are clean and renovated (they cleaner rooms twice a day plus have a 24/7 house keeping service). Breakfast was amazing with a ton of variety including a lot of fresh fruit which is cut to your liking…but most important are the staff, all addressing you by name everywhere and always saying yes to whatever you ask for anywhere."

"The bad: -the resort pulled a room switch on us first night. So I slept on a pull out couch instead of a bed… linens for the bed were not there & needed to be called in. That took about 30 mins. Today we are supposed to move to a different room but so far check in has passed & the room is not ready. (The room became available as I’m writing this & they said we can go but they are performing repairs in one of the rooms. Wish me luck) (BTW we’re moving to the 1500$ a night villa, & I only say...

"Resort veramente bello e ben tenuto, personale molto gentile e disponibile, purtroppo il resort è poco indirizzato alla clientela italiana e bisogna conoscere un po' di inglese per farsi capire. Per dare un esempio, al ristorante i cartellini che indicano il cibo sono scritti in russo e inglese e naturalmente il cibo rispecchia questa filosofia."

My room was cleaned perfect and the staff was extremely helpful and kind from baggage carriers, dinning and excursion trip guides. One thing that could add excellence would be an iron in the room . Other than that I had a marvelous time"

"La junior suite con accesso in piscina direttamente é molto vecchia almeno 35 anni. Di questo dovrebbero preoccuparsi i proprietari molto presto perché non é concepibile far pagare di più. Piscina con sabia bella ma piena di mosche che sono alimentate dalla presenza di gatti i quali fanno i bisogni nascondendoli nella sabbia. Cucina ripetitiva e monotona pizza squallida pesce senza sapore poi la mattina il latte caldo messo in un recipiente ma trovato sempre freddo tutte le mattine cambiando...

"From the moment we walked in, Mahmoud at the reception was phenomenal, professional, and made checking in a breeze. We even told him we were hungry, so he held off our room until we went to the restaurant to grab a bite. The food, the staff, bar men, even housekeeping were all great. They pay attention to the excellent service they provide. The pool is great, and the private beach with bungalows is a one minute walk from the pool.
