"The hotel was beautiful the staff was friendly and was meticulously clean. We liked the bar area that overlooked the bay. We spent one day on beach and loved going into the ocean. The lunch was very good on the beach and had many choices. I also had a relaxation massage that was amazing. We were with another couple and walked to the center of town for dinner. Would def stay again."

"Excellent position for Valletta and getting over to Senglia and Birgu. Restaurant ION is a true highlight."

"Comfortable, well-run hotel. Helpful staff, especially the concierge and reception staff. The balconies are stylish but not much use for sitting out - better to opt for a bigger room. The menus are unchanging apart from the "specials"."

"Great location, lovely staff, nice quiet room and a beautiful place to visit. No complaints."

"Séjour correct sans plus, le restaurant roof top n'était pas top avec un accueil très moyen, la chambre est correcte tre bruyant jusqu' a 23h"

"Cute hotel, big clean rooms, nice roof top pool, really good location."

"The staff couldn't do enough for us at the beginning, but as the days past, they got lazy and complacent. The roof top pool was small and dangerous. The rooms were to close and noisey."

"The location of the hotel was really good - so easy to get into Valetta town centre. The room was great, had been set up as twin room as requested. Huge, clean bathroom. Before we arrived I had tried to contact the hotel to make sure late check in was ok but didn’t have a response - that was a slight hiccup but all got sorted and late check-in was super easy. Front desk and other staff were lovely. Would recommend the hotel."

"Nice large room and bathroom. Good AC. Staff was kind and very helpful. The rooftop pool and bar is a nice quiet space to relax in the afternoon. I recommend this hotel. There is a group of cats who live on the street going down to the hotel entrance, which is plus IMO. 😺"

"The place was well located within easy reach of all very good restaurants. It was a just a quick walk to the city center. I asked for the hotel to provide a taxi transport to the hotel late in the evening when we reached Malta. Luigi who services the hotel was extremely good and extremely helpful. Typically the front door has a code, but when we got there, someone was there till 10pm. The hotel should inform the traveller of this fact as I did not get the code sent until I asked for within the...

"Staff were friendly and always very friendly. Lovely clean room and excellent location"

"Capitals location is nicely located near the center of Valletta with restaurants and bars and shops just a street or so over. Quiet area tho which makes it good for some peaceful vacation time. Breakfast is supreme indeed!!! Staff are very pleasant and engaging and will do whatever they need to meet your needs. Rooms are spacious! Hotel is smaller than I expected with about 4 rooms per floor. Rooftop has a relax area and splash pool, with tables and a bar for evenings cocktails and a...

"Excellent service, front desk and housekeeping especially. Breakfast average by the range and price. Rooms very noisy, quality of sleeping very poor, even considering the use of the earplugs that the hotel provides to guests."

"Our second time staying here. Lovely little hotel in a great location, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, and stunning views from the roof terrace."

"Beautiful building in an amazing location - walked everywhere!"

"We had a wonderful room with a balcony overlooking the indoor courtyard. The only problem was that the indoor courtyard is used by smokers. As such we could not use the balcony. The smoke from the indoor courtyard even permeated into our room. So if you are sensitive to tobacco smoke, as we are, be aware that this hotel allows smoking in public places and in some rooms."

"A full service hotel - nice room with very helpful hotel staff and amenities - but without the hotel itself (you get a room over a Starbucks). Great city location, though note that since the hotel is so centrally located, car service cannot drive directly up to the entrance in the hotel’s pedestrian-only zone."
