"Great stay, clean rooms and wonderful staff. Love the food options available and spacious casino floor, one of my favorite places to stay in Deadwood."

"The room itself was very dirty. Stains on pillows and hardened white substances on the bedding/floor. Several holes in the wall (likely from moved anchors). Also noted several areas of the water park were shut down/broken. Entry fountain also not working. "

"The property is really run down and in need of updating. The staff tried to overcome the obstacles they are stuck with in regards to the hotel condition. Check in is at 3pm, we arrived at 7:30 and our room had not been cleaned yet and we had to wait an additional hour before we could get in. The key card lock on our door would not work and we had to have the front desk let us in 3 separate times. The show was never hot and was luke warm at best, the fsucet on the sink did not have cold water and basically had the same luke warm temperature no mater which way i used it. I asked for a printed itemized bill and still have not gotten it, I belive I was overcharged as the amt my card was charged and the online quote are off by over $70. We have stayed at this property multiple times over 13 or 14 years and it is obvious that the new owners are just running it into the ground, I will not be staying again and absolutely would not recommend it to anyone. "
