"Hello, I need to formally express my disappointment regarding our stay. We specifically chose and paid a substantially higher price for a Deluxe Water Villa because the advertised main feature is the ability to access and enjoy the ocean directly from the villa itself.
However, the ocean conditions directly outside the villa are extremely dangerous due to the strong current, making it effectively impossible to enter or enjoy the water safely. It was not possible to swim comfortably or even...
