"I will start with the pros: Hotel was clean, deluxe sea view room was lovely with the most perfect view. The food was good for an all inclusive. The Filipino and African staff were lovely. There were no sun-bed wars we always managed to get a sun-bed either by pool or beach after 10am.
Cons: The food was nice but it was never warm enough.
The Greek staff were rude/unfriendly we found this mostly at the Lobby bar and buffet restaurant, the pool bar staff were not rude but also not happy!
The entertainment was awful! And timings were bad. After 10pm there is literally nothing! I’ve never seen so many people playing cards at a 5 star hotel.
This hotel is mostly catered for families with young children who want early nights.
There is nothing much going on in the day, I think there could be more things in main pool the days the DJ played just made the vibe a bit better.
The sun-beds on the beach were basic, the adults only had nice cushioned sun beds as did the hotel next door. The adults only also has a drinks service to your bed…both classed as 5 star so to be it should be the same service to both hotels.
Did I have a nice stay: yes, would I come back: no. Not 5* in my opinion."
