Arrived at hotel given wrist bands - then Ahh your with Expedia, we were then frogmarched to reception to have our bands cut off and demotted to SOFT ALL INCLUSIVE - which does not include Booze ?? Checked back on Expedia app and booking confirmation - Nothing to Explain and actually said all drinks included -.So huge argument with Expedia via a CHAT ROOM and Management at Hotel!! "

"So much noise in most areas of the hotel such as heavy broken service doors used frequently by staff causing loud noise every minute, construction works and unscheduled maintenance using heavy machines that causing huge level of noise too. The room phones are NOT working too so you can’t call the reception to report any noises or any emergency. Moreover, the security staff at main road entrance and hotel gate are very rude and don’t treat residents with respect at all. Plus not allowing many...
