"The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was very mediocre, and I wouldn’t eat there again and the food was a little pricey for it not being very good. Also was a bit upset cause we had my nieces with us one day so we decided to hang by the pool and because they weren’t staying at the hotel they were not aloud to hang out, it was a little shocking considering we were buying drinks and food the whole time."

"Water pressure in the room would randomly go up or down. There were crumbs on the floor next to the sliding door. The staff was very nice and even had a refrigerator for my mother's medication."

"Everything was excellent & very clean! The restaurants on the property were great. I wish they had an area where it’s adults only where it’s no kids allowed. The swim up bar was nice and 18 up but surrounded by kids at the pools steps away so I wish it was more secluded from kids for adults. It was still great but that was my only preference."

"La propiedad siempre impecable, los cuartos muy limpios y las areas de alberca son excepcionales, el tener una cocina equipada nos ayuda para preparar desyunos o cenas y tmb mantneer las bebida helada.
Me gusta que siempre es super tranquilo y muy amable el personal.
Pues trabajar o descansar.. siempre estan atentos a ayudarte"
