The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained, but what truly made the experience memorable was the incredible level of service. Every member of the staff was genuinely friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. One of the highlights of my stay was receiving a complimentary room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise since I had not requested it. This thoughtful gesture exceeded my expectations and demonstrated the hotel’s commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, allowing me to relax and enjoy my visit. The attention to detail and customer care throughout my stay was evident in every interaction. I highly recommend Hotel Lucerna Hermosillo to anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent facilities, outstanding service, and genuine hospitality makes it one of the best hotel experiences I have had.
