"A very special place.Exceeded expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. Getting there is a pain but once there magical. Left to spend more time in SaPa. Should have done the reverse. The weekday restaurant hostess was a special person. Competant engaging fluentand delightful."

"We enjoyed a three night stay at Mai Chau lodge. As the lodge was quiet being mid-week, we were given an upgrade which was a nice surprise. Our room was spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and lake. The local food offered in the restaurant was lovely. As options in the town were a bit limited we ate there every night. Location was excellent for visits to the outlying villages- all in an easy walk or cycle. Best of all were Ninh and her staff. Always friendly and eager to help and offer advice. "

"Nhân viên lễ tân nhiệt tình, vui vẻ. Nhân vien lễ tan kim tài xế huong dan viên tên Trung rất nhiệt tinh, dễ thuong va chỉ dẫn giúp đỡ toi trong chuyến du lịch này rất tốt! Tôi hài long ve cach phục vụ, nhân viên vui vẻ. Riêng về room 624 thì may lanh ko hoat đong, làm tôi thấy nóng nực và ngủ ko ngon giac. Khách sạn nên xem lại hệ thong lạnh và suởi riêng biệt từng fong để ko ảnh hưởng khách lưu trú!"
