"Excellent hotel."

"The room was really nice and spacious. However, I did notice signs of staff not properly cleaning rooms between guests as I saw some toenail clippings on the floor, as well as some fake nails when the foot rest in front of the couch was moved. The bed was incredibly hard and the pillows so soft that my head was basically flat against the bed while using 2. Additionally, there was a dishwasher in the room that had dishes in it, and when I took a dish out there were little spots of mold."

"The property wasn’t as well kept as it could’ve been in the pool said it was open and it wasn’t. It was closed for maintenance, but it was open the day we left and their breakfast was very crappy."

"Homewood Suites it very good place to stay for vacation or staying close by family and friends in Somerset. Place very clean and friendly staff the room very big for a suite they include some item for the kitchen and other you would have to buy but if I am visiting again this where I would stay I had a great birthday trip stay at homewood suites."

"Unfortunately we had a terrible stay due to the state of the room. The staff at reception were dismissive and unhelpful however management stepped in the next day to apologise. They offered us a refund and we chose to move to another hotel. I’m great full for management who were helpful in resolving the situation."
