"Parking was a breeze. We arrived at 9:10PM and were one of two cars in the lot. HOWEVER, THE HOTEL WAS PITCH DARK AND CLOSED!!! We found out that it had been closed for over six months, since the roof caved in, and is not expected to reopen for another three months. WHY did Expedia let me make this reservation and take my credit card prepayment? WHY did I receive confirmation numbers from Expedia AND the hotel? Expedia, you'd better straighten out this mess and get me a full refund. And figure...
