"The staff were very hospitable and helpful. However, the toilet flush did not work in one room and my daughter got locked in the toilet in the general area for 40 minutes due to a faulty lock. "

"This is a good hotel that has been run down. The room was very pleasant - the aircon worked, the kettle and TV worked. The area is not great and the access to the parking is limited because of road works. The value for money is outstanding."
