"Het Hotel had bevestiging gestuurd voor accoord. Dag voor aankomst stuurde Hakim van Hotel bericht dat hij net de boeking had gezien. Helaas was het appartement niet beschikbaar. Hij zou wat anders regelen. Wij toch naar Hotel en hoorden daar dat Hakim een groep bruiloftsgasten had geboekt. Hij had receptie opdracht gegeven om Buitenlandse gasten af te wimpelen. Heeft ons vervolgens in een “afbraakappartent” geplaatst omdat wij niets meer konden vinden. Wilde 20% meer geld omdat andere complex...

At the Spanish restaurant, the food is good, but at Dinner service, it gets busier, and the staff and kitchen struggle to handle it. During off-peak hours, it works fine. The room service food was a bit disappointing for the price, and I would expect the dishes to bring the same ingredients as described on the menu. Overall, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is very polite and helpful."

"Lovely Riad. Lattice work and stained glass on room windows (towards the lovely courtyard) were gorgeous and captured the blue/moonlit sky above. Staff was wonderful and breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again."

"Séjour horrible dans cette établissement. Les chambres pleines d’humidité, de la moisissure sur les plafonds et dans le petit frigo d’appoint. Sans parler des cheveux qui traînent partout. Nous avons été obligé de quitter l’hôtel au vue des conditions d’insalubrité. Le personnel qui ne nous écoute pas et ne prend pas en compte nos difficultés et demandes.
