"The reception did an excellent job in following me by phone to ensure I was on time and at the right spot for the shuttle pick-up. No comments on the breakfast as I did not avail myself to it. PS maybe it would be worthwhile to have a shuttle service on weekends for a fee-which I would have paid. (RE: Limited transportation--you had to know how to get to the hotel IF you yourself were driving to the hotel )"

"We had a great run. Breakfast hours were great. The hotel staff was amazing. A whole bus load of people walked in the door right before we did. Apparently it was a group. They had them sorted within minutes and I don’t think we waited to get checked in more than a minute or two. The young lady was very nice and accommodating. Later, I had some business with my lawyer they graciously provided with an email to send the file. They printed it up for me to sign and scanned it for me and sent it back to the lawyer within a matter of minutes. I would add that this is the same young lady that checked us in. She was amazing. She could almost anticipate what you needed and was ready to provide a cheerfully graciously and quickly. She was above and beyond. The best interaction I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many good ones."
