"The hotel is perfectly located in front of the cathedral. Views are remarkable. The hotel has 2 buildings, the one where the reception is located can't be reached by someone with disabilities, no ramp, no lift, nothing. The 2nd building is accessible. Breakfast is served on the non-accessible building, no room service is provided. The restaurant is permanently closed. The garage has two electric doors, opened by the receptionist reached by an intercom. The problem with this method is that when you try to exit you literally have to search everywhere to find the buttons that opens the doors (independently) because it is poorly signposted. We found a group of tourists literally trapped between the two doors not knowing how to exit. When we checked-in the receptionist was very courteous but was apparently overwhelmed by gests and phone calls because it took us more than 30 minutes to get our keys. The room was spacious, well kept, decorated accordingly and clean."
