"Beautiful pool"

"Excellent place to stay especially for families with young children. Employees are kind and staff is amazing. Clean and well maintained. Only comment I would suggest is to have music during the day and to play Italian music as we had mostly English music."

"Our stay at the Atlantis was excellent. From the concierge staying in touch for our room, the front desk helping with our bags, room service fast and courteous, and our room had magnificent views, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Our dinner at Nui was excellent with wonderful service. The only suggestion I would make is to upgrade the fitness center a bit and the decor could use a refresh but otherwise I would come back again anytime! Truly amazing experience."

"The Pros Perfect Location: The hotel is in an ideal spot, and our room had a great location with a wonderful private patio. Excellent AC & Cleanliness: The property was very clean. "The hotel is good but has no atmosphere the staff don’t go out of their way to make your holiday enjoyable. It’s just a job to them. I wouldn’t stay there again even though the accommodation was good it was just unwelcoming to us. Breakfast typically Italian nice choice of cold meat and cheese and sweets. There was no directory to contact the front desk or housekeeping when we ran out of toilet paper we tried 0 and 1 no answer definitely the staff need to brighten up and show some enthusiasm."

"Lovely facilities and rooms, however service was extremely slow and very mixed attitudes. Examples being nearly impossible to order food/drinks at the pool due to lack of staff and then a very long wait to receive. Dirty towels in room were taken during cleaning and not replaced, called down to ask and they still didn’t replaced them. Generally was very hard work to get service out of the staff and often met with the attitude that you were an inconvenience."

"We had an interesting experience with Hotel Bell 3. Arrived at the airport around 10am, and were supposed to be picked up by the hotel's driver. Well, it took us 1hr and 10-15 minutes to clear passport control, and once we got our luggage and went outside, driver was no where around. We called the hotel and they told us that the driver "waited an hour and left". However, he demanded that we pay him just the same. We took an Uber (taxi) to the hotel, which was $98 (quoted $68). "For the price we paid (€700 per night) didn’t feel like we really got our moneys worth. First they put us in an apartment that wasn’t even connected to the hotel, was a 4 min walk down the street?! As in had to walk to and from for breakfast or pool access. Was clearly just an apartment they bought at some point and put overflow in. They were surprised when we requested a room in the actual hotel because “the view is so great in the apartment” as if that made up for them putting us in a f**king...
