"Initially I was unaware that the hotel was connected to a mall, so I was wondering for some time in the mall looking for the hotel. Then one of staff recognized I was lost and assisted me and guided me to the hotel. The staff were all amazingly nice. The hotel itself was also great. The fact that the hotel was connected to a mall allowed me to shop and acquire anything I needed when I needed it. On top of that, there were many great and fantastic restaurants within walking distant of one...

"Great stay with Waldorf! It has a big mall beside that meets all basic food needs. Special mention to Miya, who often superb recommendation and check in with us regularly during our stay. Only downside is the location of the hotel which is slightly far out from downtown but it not an issue with didi easily available. "

"We had the Family Suite which was beautifully decorated. Hotel was close to a shopping stretch just next door with many dining options. Dinner Buffet was sumptuous, a very good selection of wester and Chinese food. Staff were attentive and responded quickly to requests. "

"Stayed here for 13 days, the zen theme really comes alive in this place as advertised. Rooms are very clean and the shower/toilets come with smart systems. Service staffs are also superbly friendly, I ordered food delivery near midnight and they even brought it up to my room. Definitely reccomend this place to other travellers. Plenty of good food in the next street next to the hotel + train station directly beside."
