"Staff were friendly "

"Staff does not speak english and it is very difficult to get help and tips for the city. We had requested a non-smoking room with two twin beds however when we arrived at 1 am we found a smoking room with one bed. We were almost an hour insisting for a better room. Breakfast not bad but very little options for foreigners."

"Staff very attentive and patient, breakfast buffet has a good variety of Chinese and western dishes, room immaculately clean and best of all is the hotel’s central location to all the amenities and central Chengdu city. Will definitely stay here again in our next trip . "
