"If you want a really roomy experience , stay in the 2-storey maisonette room which is like a big apartment. It’s amazing! So much space and privacy and direct access to the pool and beach from your balcony. The hotel is lovely, breakfast was excellent and the beach is beautiful. Staff spoke a variety of languages which was very helpful. This location is also good for visiting Amagiso outdoor waterfall onsen."

"The hotel was very clean and quiet! It was hard to hear other people from their rooms which was nice. Staff were polite and helpful. The in-room onsen was so relaxing (and nice that you could add cold water to adjust the temperature to your liking) and the breakfast buffet was great! Our only complaint is that some amenities were unavailable and the air conditioner only goes down to 20 degrees C, just cool enough to be able to sleep at night. We’d be happy to come back again."

"近くにバス停あり。行きは下り坂なので熱海駅から徒歩で、帰りはバスを利用しました。 新しいホテルで、設備もとてもよかったです。 足湯、屋上でウェルカムドリンクの提供もありました。 泊まった部屋は、バスタブなしのシャワールームでした。 大浴場は、温泉を引いているのは露天のみで、少し浴槽が小さめでした。 大浴場のアメニティーシリーズが気に入りました。 夕飯、朝食とも熱海の食材を使ったお料理が多数で、選ぶのが楽しかったです。 夕飯の串揚げ、朝食のオムレツは目の前で作って提供してくれます。 また、泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。"
