I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. "Property was well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was great but the dinner buffet had limited options. It wasn’t worth the cost. Room service was also very limited. Location wise the nature was gorgeous but you need a car. The onsen was very nice."
