"First time in Matsue, but fourth time staying in an Onyado Nono property. As with previous stays, shoes off at the entrance, and roll your suitcase wheels over cleaning mats. The building is older, which is a cute aesthetic, but the main spaces are poorly lit and not cleaned thoroughly, stuff is stored everywhere as if the house were abandoned, and the restaurant service is not available.
