Great hotel , but a bit far from stations

Clean and comfortable stay. Feont desk staff were kind and professional. Definitely great hotel. However the location is a bit distanced from Izumo railway stations: maybe 8 min., or more especially in rainy and/or cold days. Must have been much better stay in sunny good weather.

客室は良好でしたが、スタッフの対応に不満があります。チェックインの際、部屋のキーを室内の差し込みに入れると部屋の電気が付くことを教えられず、暗い部屋で困惑しました。その他にも伝えられてないことがあり、とても不快でした。

バイクで行きましたが他のホテルは駅の駐輪場に停めるようにいわれるのに対して看板の下か今回は事前に他のバイカーさんが予約していた駐車場の隅に停めさせて頂けました臨機応変に対応して頂きありがとうございましたグリーンリッチさんは大浴場があるのでいつも楽しみですまた利用したいです
