"The check-in counter staff was very nice and efficient. Not so much for the check-out but is ok. However, the SPA is not ready SPA service and don't really provide any service and only massage the back for 1 hours service and added in another 15% surcharge without any invoice. Horrible and hostage the customer"

"This is a great hotel. On the water. Close to many things. The room was great with a wonderful view. Buy the breakfast and get the club floor as there is a great buffet at both the breakfast restaurant and the club lounge. Only issue was that they don’t turn on the ac until later in the year (which seems to be the norm in China) so my room was often 26 or 27 degrees Celsius."
