"O hotel é muito bom. O staff muito amigável, sempre dispostos a resolver tudo que foi preciso, ajudar com os transfers para a cidade e reservar barqueiros (já que o hotel fica no meio do lago). "Our stay was wonderful from beginning to end. We arrived VERY early in the morning and still we were allowed to checkin and relax and even enjoy breakfast. The hotel is very clean, the bed (twin bed) was super comfortable, shower was a dream and the food at breakfast is very tasty with lots of variety. The staff is attentive and always greeting customers with a warm smile. They really try their very hardest to accommodate every need while staying there. This place is a gem. It’s my third time...
