"Generally ok. Need some refurbishment for safety reason"

"Bon hôtel bien situé personnel adorable mais wifi catastrophique le soir. Impossible de se connecter normalement . "

"Lovely hotel in a great location on the lake."

"Friendly staff and decent accommodation. "

"Our stay was wonderful from beginning to end. We arrived VERY early in the morning and still we were allowed to checkin and relax and even enjoy breakfast. The hotel is very clean, the bed (twin bed) was super comfortable, shower was a dream and the food at breakfast is very tasty with lots of variety. The staff is attentive and always greeting customers with a warm smile. They really try their very hardest to accommodate every need while staying there. This place is a gem. It’s my third time...

"Right on the lake at a reasonable price. Staff very helpful. Food in the dining room very good and healthy. Great location and a lot to see and. Inle lake is a unique experience and the hotel certainly adds to it."

"I was disappointed with NO internet or very slow and inconsistent connection."

"This is a new hotel, that is clean and quiet. The staff are kind and very helpful. The American breakfast is quite good and i really like how polite all of the restaurant staff are. I stayed for 3 weeks here because of a job and in the end I was sad to leave my “family” at Baitong Hotel. "

"We stayed 4 nights. The hotel just recently open and therefore everything was new and clean. The hotel manager was super friendly and organised all our trips (boot trip, airport transfers, bicycle tour). Also we were test costumers for the new bar open soon. All drinks were super delicious! Would stay there anytime!"

"직원들이 친절했어요."
