"The staff are super friendly and even if they are not able to converse in English, we used an app translator or someone else on the staff. Location is ideal for us, within 10 min walk to the Muslim Quarter but far enough to not hear the noise. Plenty of restaurants around the area, pharmacies, fruit shops etc. The Air Conditioning in our room was not great - we never got around to reporting it as we left the windows open and it didnt get too warm at nights. Breakfast selection was good....

It is also walking distance to the city wall where there are performances held every night (ticket required) Hotel is very clean and modern. Quite spacious too and enough to fit 4 of us (2A2primary school aged kids) comfortably together with our 2 large size luggages. We stayed in a family room. There are gym and laundry in the hotel.
