Ms Spring at the Entrance Lobby was always attentive to our enquiries . The rooms are spacious and kept very clean by the dedicated and smiling housekeeping staff . The room was nice and clean and contained everything needed including free amenities. The only real issue I had was that I had booked this hotel as it offered an included shuttle service to and from the airport which turned out not to be correct.
