"We arrived at 430 and room was not ready we finally collected our room key at 630pm and the room air conditioning didn’t work so we spent the night outside of sheets totally burnt because it was so hot when you spend $300 you expect air conditioning and at least a check in on time The area of the hotel was not the best either but we managed to get out without any harm"

"Wanted to stay close to CDG airport for return flight to US. Really not looking for much else. A what a wonderful experience. Staff was great. A travelers’ hotel. Efficient. Nice bar. Nice restaurant. But best part was a 5 minute walk to Terminal where we caught a train to our departure terminal. We were checked in, bags dropped, and through security in 1 hour. Super easy. No stress. Far better than I expected."

"Check in process took ages, i think they are short of staff, we had stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, and every time when we were leaving the hotel or coming back, we saw a queue of people waiting to be checked in, I think they need to increase the staff presence or maybe coach the current staff to be more efficient as they current one, especailly the bald guy is very very laid back and i can certainly say that he doesn't even like to lift a finger as when asked for a bathroom key he...

"We were disappointed withe condition of the room. The bathroom sink had lots of cracks, the floors were chipped in a number of places. 4 beers and 2 burgers were $128. Euros, ridiculous. The price of the room did not equate with the condition of the room. When we checked out were charged for premium internet, no one told us. Will not recommend this hotel. I know that no one will call us about this."

"Clean and very convenient for an early international flight from Charles de Gaulle aéroport. Breakfast had many options. I had an issue needing help from the staff to mail an important item and they really helped me find postage, gave me an envelope and then mailed it for me since my flight left before I could do that. Life savers!!"

"Quartier bruyant et sale, dealers et prosti tuees sur le parking. 1 salle d eau ouverte sur les 2 prévues à l étage. 2 douches fonctionnelles sur les 4, et il faut faire le ménage avant d y entrer tellement c est sale. Bruits de portes qui claquent toute la nuit. La chambre " break" ,100 e la nuit c est honteux: indique 3 lits superposés, celui du bas est 1 matelas au sol coincé sous le lit du haut. Oblige de mettre le matelas par terre sous la fenêtre à cause de la chaleur infernale."
