"Internet connection more OFF than ON. VERY CONFUSING: 2 D’primas in close proximity. ITC Mangga Dua and WTC Mangga Dua. I accidentally booked an extra night at the wrong one. Had to pay twice because I didn’t want to move. OBNOXIOUS placement of receptacle. Instead of putting it where it can easily be reached, I had to crawl on the floor like I was changing oil and plug my converter in. Anara Airport Hotel

"The Anara was perfect for us, waiting for a connecting flight the next day. We got a two-room suite (the price was right!) and relaxed with space to rest and repack. Clean and comfortable. It's not the Four Seasons, but it's very good for what it is. The staff were very nice and very helpful. The restaurant has breakfast buffet, and we had a surprisingly tasty dinner there. Not sophisticated cuisine naturally, but friendly staff and well-spiced food (and cold beer!) The only suggestion we have is that the signage in the (enormous) terminal showing how to get to the Anara is inadequate. We had to ask directions several times. But I would guess that isn't controlled by Anara! I'd recommend using the Anara if you're making an overly tight or overnight connection at Jakarta!"

"We had a very good experience with the team at the Fairfield Marriott. They were really helpful when we arrived in Jakarta airport even sending the shuttle bus to pick us up. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am and even though we were expecting not to get to a room straight away the team got a room ready quickly for us. Also the cafe team gave us a very tasty coffee while we waited for our room to be ready. After getting to the room we were able to catch up on our sleep, but when we woke we found that we had a message from the airline saying that our next flight was delayed by 24 hours. So the team from the hotel took us back to the airport and we were able to reschedule our flights and make it to our destination. The team were always smiling and pleasant to deal with a credit to the hotel."
