"Bien que l'hôtel soit un peu loin du centre-ville, le trajet se fait bien en tramway. Un service de qualité qui dépasse largement le prix payé. Chambres très propres et le personnel souhaite que votre séjour soit une réussite. Je recommande sans hésiter et j'y retournerai lorsque je retournerai à Sarajevo."

"The hotel is 10/15 mins walk to the town. It’s on the hill so be ready for it. It’s not a 3 star, should be 2 star. In the room no fridge, no bedside table to put yr phone etc , no bin only in toilet, aircon not good very mild, no safe to put yr passport or money . Breakfast was ok, . There was sausage, eggs, cheese. Orange drink was like drinking water. On my first day I had white bread. Other days I asked for white bread they didn’t have. Didn’t bother buying when u know that some people only...

"Otel çok merkezi bir yerde ,ilk gün giriş yaparken bir hanımefendi ile muhatap olduk ve o ilk ve son oldu :) kaldığımız 4 gün boyunca hiç bir çalışan görmedik . Ama bu bizi hiç rahatsız etmedi hatta bence iyi bile oldu ;). Olması gerektiği kadar temiz ve düzenliydi. Aralık ayında gitmiştik ve çok sıcaktı bu bizi çok mutlu etti . Teşekkürler. "

"Great price per night, the location was only 10 min walk from the city centre. The breakfast buffet was consistently nice and prevented me from wasting time finding breakfast, so for efficient travellers maximising their time this is a big deal! The staff was always friendly and helpful, speaking good English and respectful to all guests. The room was well finished and looked after also. This ticks all boxes from me. 5/5 for me."
