"This property is beautiful and the views from this hotel were incredible; they even had a telescope in the restaurant to see the "angel" up close! We got a corner room, with breath-taking city views from every angle. We got a wonderful breeze in the room by opening the windows. Every single staff member that we encountered was amazing - friendly, attentive, and happy to accommodate our every need - especially James. To use the jacuzzi, we had to give 4 hours' notice, but it was a delightful way to spend an evening with a bottle of wine.
One note: the hotel is located in a more residential area and there was quite a bit of noise throughout the night (dogs barking, cars honking, etc.). If you are a light sleeper, you will probably need earplugs. The street is also quite steep with a very narrow turn at the bottom, and one of our drivers told us that some tours won't pick up from Vista del Angel because of the difficulty in getting larger vehicles through. We had no trouble getting Ubers to the hotel throughout our stay though.
Food and service in the restaurant were delightful. Beautiful views from here too; though I wish the restaurant was open during the day so that we could sit on the lovely terrace for lunch or a drink.
