"A nice hotel with great location of Lastarria neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. Relatively safe area to be at because there’s plenty of security walking around for everyone safety. Lots of great small vendors at night across the hotel. Do be prepared to pay tourists prices in the area. I would gladly go back to this hotel again. "

"Foi muito boa, o prédio moderno, a estrutura do hotel tbem muito boa e moderna. Os funcionários muito atenciosos e solícitos. Um Único ponto negativo é a acomodação no quarto. Para três pessoas, como no nosso caso, não tem espaço suficiente para acomodar malas roupas etc. Fica muito precária a organização das roupas. Faz-se necessário um pequeno closet, mais um espaço para roupas."

"The hotel is beautiful, they have a free happy hour every day at 5 PM, they almost always give me a bottle of champagne, even if I don’t get the upgrade, the staff is incredible. They always carry my luggage to my room. The rooms are impeccably, clean and have a lot of little gifts inside like chocolate robes and slippers. All in all it’s just a great day and it’s my second time and I will stay again. "
